COME AND LETS START COOKING PREHEAT COOKING OIL IN A POT OR "WOK" PREHEAT COOKING OIL,THEN WE START STIR FRYING OFF WITH ONIONS AND STIR FRY FOR 30SECONDS MAKE SURE NOT TO BURN THEM THEN ADD GARLIC STIR FRY FOR 20SECONDS AND ADD TOMATO SLICED SAUTE UNTIL THE ONIONS SOFTENS THEN ADD PORK CUT INTO CUBES SAUTE CONTINOUSLY UNTIL PORK TURNS BROWN MAKE SURE TO TURNS PORK EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE SO IT WOULD BE COOKED EVENLY THEN ADD TOMATO SAUCE I'M USING 8oZ CANNED TOMATO SAUCE THEN MIXED AFTERWWARDS TENDERIZE PORK BY SIMMERING WITH WATER POUR WATER SLOWLY,BRING TO BOIL ONCE ITS BOILING ADD KNORR PORK CUBES I DO USE THIS FOR WHOLE MEATY GOODNESS OF MY PORK AFRITADA THEN WE MAY PUT OUR DRIED BAY LEAVES AND MIX COVER AND COOK FOR 35MINUTES AND AFTER 35 MINUTE WE MAY NOW ADD HOTDOGS THIS INGREDIENT IS OPTIONAL MAY NOT ADD THIS BUT FOR ME PREFER PUTTING HOTDOGS MIX AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES THEN ADD CARROTS AND POTATOES MIX COVER AND COOK FOR 10MINUTES THEN CARROTS ANG POTATOES ARE NOE READY AFRITADA IS NOW READY.
