Ordinary pens do not work at zero gravity. Hence, the use of pencils in spaceships was common at the beginning of space travel. However, because carbon is a conductor of heat and electricity, small pieces of pencil that broke during writing created a variety of hazards in the spaceship.
In 1975, the American Fisher Company developed a special type of spacepan for astronauts. These spacepans always have an artificial pressure of nitrogen gas so they can be written in space with this pen. What's more interesting is that with these pens it is possible to write at very high or low temperatures as well as underwater!
The Fisher Company has to spend ১ 1 million on the discovery, but now you can buy these pens at a very affordable price. If you want to give a space pen as a gift to your loved ones, you have to pay only 2000 rupees.
