The school system is no longer about learning and is instead about who can memorize the most pointless information and pass on. So many of our younger generation mental health problems come from the pressure exerted by the education system on them.
However, no one in the education secretary, turned around and thought "maybe our system is flawed and it needs to change". Instead, they choose to be tortured and tortured to meet their expectations if the children can barely do it.
Why doesn't the school teach us how to: pay our taxes, fill out our job applications, find out what employees are looking for in an employee, how to get a job, how to pay bills, why loans are not good. Leave all trivia to people who really need it for their careers.

Have you completed your exam and started university? Congratulations! You are in debt now, in the big wide world with no absolute idea of what you are doing. Although, it is ideal because you can enable the area of a triangle and how the writer uses language to describe a simple curtain of the Victorian era. This pandemic alone, taught how lacking the education system is. Taught how easy it is for children to fall into cracks and set up to fail, all because of the class they were born into. Taught how the system works only for the elite. Taught how difficult and pointless the tests are.
At this point, just put on a face mask and watch the education system collapse.
Our generation has become dissatisfied because you spent your childhood with poor mental health, falling into the cracks of the system, working your ass and then dissatisfied because you fell into the cracks, stuck in some dead work, debt and no idea you do. It's OK, you can figure out how to use language to describe your hopelessness.
We spend all our time learning how to impress reviewers who mark our papers rather than actually knowing the information.
