Most of the millennials have experienced some degree of stress during this pandemic, whether itβs missing friends or more serious stressors like a parent losing a job, online classes, someone getting sick or an unstable home life. Stressors can make youth more vulnerable to depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues thatβll most of them encounter today.
