The 100 is an American television series created by Jason Rothenberg, freely taken from Kass Morgan's novel series of the same name.

In an apocalyptic future, ninety-seven years after a global nuclear war devastated the planet they call home (the Earth) and exterminated most of the population, the survivors find refuge in a space station: the Ark. The Ark is a safe place, but those who transgress its laws die: they are punished with death by expulsion into the void. Due to the increase in population, stocks are running out, but one must survive. The members of the Council, to counter the crisis, decide to send one hundred juvenile delinquents held in prison to Earth in advance to see if the planet is habitable again and can once again become the cradle of a new civilization. At the head of the 100, is Clarke Griffin, a girl who, to help her parents, went to prison, accused of treason and is now determined to clear the family name. At her side is Bellamy Blake, Octavia's brother, who has spontaneously joined the 100. These young boys will embark on a dangerous journey on a planet that is fascinating but unknown to them, wild and dangerous. The 100 discover that the planet is not uninhabited, but some ruthless survivors are ready to declare war on outsiders. The situation is becoming increasingly problematic. The 100 will have to find a way to overcome their differences. The boys have to team up and join forces to survive in a world that has become hostile. On the Ark, things are getting worse.
