God has given us the ability to challenge and endure everything we are exposed to, make sure that everything that passes in your life you can bear, so do not give in to despair and start to change.
Does the opportunity to create a better future seem to you pure black joke? Have you given up on your dreams and surrendered to the weight of reality on your chest? You are right! One of us struggles to survive most of his days, and we barely have time to live sweet moments with those we love. And it seems that your effort in trying to finish the project dear to your heart - which is a lifetime opportunity to take you out of what you are in - is wasted.
Now, let's catch our breath for a moment, and think a little bit, let me talk about you. I think that it is not too late - no matter how old you are - to start over ... but from this moment! I will put in your hands (5) mental indicators, and search yourself for them, if you find them, then I guarantee you that I will see you in a few years while you have risen to the top. Shall we start
5- You can turn pain into hope
One of the interesting theories about pain is what Jonathan Morrow said: (An inspiring person suffers from complete paralysis that affects his entire body except for his head!), Where he said: I see in pain a wonderful feature, which is that it is cumulative: the more I experienced, the more I was able to confront it. More strongly to come! That sounds hard! It is difficult to live in terrible pain and then think that it will make you a stronger person, and even more difficult to rise from your pain and help others.
Fortunately, there are a number of practices that can help
Diary writing
Exercise daily
Getting help from a nutritionist (food has a big impact on mental health)
4- Think about your future and the impact it will have on those who come after you
Helping you overcome your feelings of frustration and the pointlessness of thinking about your dreams. How do you imagine the best year ever? What is your mental picture of the perfect day?
Write what you see, and believe me: You can have a better future than you can imagine. Do not forget to review what you write daily, and adjust what you wrote as your vision becomes clearer. Allow yourself to dream and visualize, although it seems unrealistic now. But ask yourself: Am I ready for a better futur ?
3- You know how to make the best decisions for a better future
Have you thought about your priorities? If you haven't, why not start now? Use the following suggestions to help you identify the "most important" in your life (add as many as you like):
God? Do you know how much he loves you?
your family
Colleagues at work
Your neighbors
Yourself, including your physical, mental, and emotional health
the money
Your business
List the ten areas of life that are most important to you right now. You might find it a little difficult, and only two or three things occur in your mind as a priority ... It's okay! Write them down and you can edit your list over time. When you know what is important to you, you will be able to determine what you need to spend time developing.
2- Have a plan for your future
Write down your priorities listed. Add what you think will be the best possible outcome in these areas of your life. It is recommended that you write this list in the past tense, as if you had already completed it. This will have a good effect on the inside. Always keep your list of priorities and future desires in a place that you can easily reach, and read them on a daily basis (the best time for this is right before you go to sleep)
As mentioned earlier, you can update your list when your priorities change. Plan how to achieve all of the above. Building a new habit in two or three of the most important areas of your life can help. The most important thing is to work on continuity for a month, quarter, or year if necessary, depending on how difficult the task is.
Be realistic, but push yourself beyond your expectations. It might sound like a contradiction. But trust me, God Almighty rewards the mujtahid by helping him to do more than it seems possible in the most creative way.
1- You do not allow anything to stop you from becoming the best
Yes, it is also difficult, as New Year's resolutions abound at the beginning of each year: You start out with enthusiasm, but you are not used to the changes your goals require, so you find yourself returning to your old comfortable choices. Now suppose you fall behind your goals for a day, then a week, a month, or a year. It will make it easier for you to give up. I tried and failed. So why should you try again ?!
Let me tell you a dangerous secret: Even if you try, you'll often fail again! But every time you try, even if you fail, you are one step closer to your goal. Don `t give up. Keep doing the best you can, despite what happens or even when you are not doing your best. If you miss a day, week, or year, start now.
We might be the same: on some busy days, I find myself telling me to take a break in the middle of an important task ... and I often sleep.
But when I wake up, work on the task for a very short time, patience and perseverance, and working step-by-step (no matter how small the step is) will make a big difference over time, and you'll find yourself making important progress in the end.
Remember:
Every time you fail to complete your goals, and you find that all you have done is make “some” progress, you are still closer than you were when you started. Keep doing this, and over time. You will be surprised by the result.
