Health education 

Health training is a career of teaching human beings approximately fitness. Areas inside this profession embody environmental fitness, physical fitness, social fitness, emotional fitness, intellectual health, and religious fitness.

Health schooling can be described because the precept via which people and groups of people learn how to behave in a manner conducive to the promotion, preservation, or restoration of fitness. However, as there are more than one definitions of fitness, there also are more than one definitions of health education. In the U.S., the Joint Committee on Health Education and Promotion Terminology of 2001 defined Health Education as "any aggregate of deliberate getting to know experiences based totally on sound theories that provide people, groups, and communities the opportunity to accumulate information and the skills needed to make great health decisions."
