Loud noises scare the doggos. How much more if it is a thunderstorm? One neighbor has a caged doggo and didn't even bother to cover the cage when it started pouring. He's scared and can't sit still, so I put a cover on the front and talked him to sit behind the cover. The owner saw me and didn't even bat an eye. The other neighbor, their doggo is leashed outside their house and is barking nonstop. Why am I surrounded by this kind of people????????
