Agree or Disagree?

The lewdness of a man begins with a woman's attire...

MATTHEW 5:28 - But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

So, God's teaching to women is to wear neat or modest clothing.

1 TIMOTHY 2:9-10 - Likewise, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with precious hair, gold, or pearls, or costly array; But it is right for women to be sanctified by good works.
