Why I am not getting sponsor and upbote

I am writing aritcle in read cash more than 20 days.My sone friends are also write article in this site.They all get sponsor in there account.They also get upbote all there article.But why I did not get any sponser and upbote.Are any one can tell me.They all earn more than me everyday.

What need to do me to get upbote.Are I have to more and more article or have to do anything else?Please tell me.

And the point rate are also low.I get 1 cent for every 4 points.They tell me to increase my activities in read cash.I also did that.

Please solve my problem.
