To those who have read my articles from long ago, I have shared about how I won the online Bingo. And for quite a long time I stopped. That was just for fun and now, I felt like I wanted to play again. But the Megaball seems unfriendly, so I tried playing the slots. There's this game called "Super Ace" and I was really lucky in the past days. I won an approximate amount of $150 in 3 consecutive days. After that I stopped and due to long weekends because of the declared non-working days, the extreme heat had just added my boredom. So, I was in "addict mode" during my staycation. Lol!!

And since I got addicted to the game, I have lost about $60+ from my winnings. By the way, those winnings were already withdrawn and spent in the past days. This means I only have a few left in my pocket. Then there's this moment when you ran out of money that's the time when the bills are due 😅. Isn't it funny? Plus I didn't notice my pantry is almost empty. 😂😂😂

At times when you don't have money, that's the time that you crave for something. And it's kind of frustrating if you have nothing, right? Well, that's what I got for being so addicted to that game. Although, I still won, since I only spend $4 for that game. But ofcourse, the mindset of "invest what you can afford to lose" is still there. That's how gambling works, if you win, you're lucky, and if you keep on losing, then there's no one to blame but yourself.

So last night, as I was thinking of my lost funds, I was kind of worried of how I can buy a sack of rice. A little bit of regret for not keeping the winnings🤪, Lol!! I was in deep thinking until I fell asleep.

Weird Dream

This is when my weird dream happened. We were having a picnic in a garden. That was a nice and cool place. The ground is surrounded with fresh green grass. We set up a long picnic table under the shade of big trees. (Maybe my mind created this scene because I haven't slept for two nights due to extreme heat.)

I was shocked to see veteran celebrity comedians like they were one of our relatives. It was actually a family gathering. Everyone was there but it's unbelievable to see few celebs being part of that event.

We were talking and laughing about something while one of them gave me php 1000.00 (that's about $20). It was like we're playing with trivia questions and I keep giving good answers that's why he keeps on giving me the same amount. All in all I collected Php 5000.00 ($100). He was also kinda drunk that time but I was happy and I thought, that I can finally buy a sack of rice 😍. I even counted the money and felt it with my hand. It really felt real...

... my husband's phone kept on making noise....

when I checked my phone, it was already 5:30 a.m. Shocks! my eldest son's class is at six. I jumped off the bed and hurriedly cooked some breakfast. Unfortunately, my eldest wasn't able to have a proper breakfast because of the time. I even forgot to give him money 🤦. I felt guilty for enjoying my dream and not being able to wake up early to prepare his meal. He just had ham and sandwich. I was thinking the whole time if he's still hungry. I know he is 😔.

When my son was gone, I went back to bed and it was funny that I tried to feel my pocket if the 5k was there. 😁 Hahaha! And I silently laughed at myself for thinking that my dream was real. Sorry, do I sound pathetic? 😅 Because it felt really real. Sad to say, it was just a dream, then I was back to thinking of how I will be able to buy a sack of rice today because this morning was the last 3 cups 😭😂.

So even in my workplace, I'm still thinking of a way. Haha! Then there's my friend who asked me to accompany her to the lawyer. Unexpectedly, after her appointment, she handed me a bag full of chocolates and perfume. My heart is happy with that. I wasn't expecting this since she already gave my youngest - two big bars of chocolate during the time we fetched her from the airport. But the most unexpected event was when she extended her fist to me which I knew there was money in it. I felt kinda awkward, because I never expected any return from all the help I offered her. I refused to accept it but she hastily grabbed my bag and inserted it in the pocket. I didn't say a thing as she keeps on telling me it's nothing for all my efforts. But sincerely, my help is for free to my friends. I just pray and wish them a happy life.

After that I asked her to drop me off to my eldest son's school. I wanted to check on him because I was really worried that he might be hungry. I gave him money and then went on to fetch my youngest.

As soon as I got back to my office, I checked my bag and to my surprise the money she dropped inside my bag was 5 1000 peso bills folded in half 😱. Just the exact same fold as what I saw in my dream! I felt funny again remembering that dream. Lol! I messaged my friend right away informing her that I saw the money and of course that was really too much. And I am not asking for money. I'm already happy with the chocolates. Returning the money might be insulting to her end, so I just thanked her. Now, I can buy the sack of rice that I have been thinking about the whole time 🥹🤣.

There's one thing I could tell myself "MERISI!" 🤣🤣🤣 That's for being addicted to the slots game. We use the term "merisi", it's like telling myself that I got to taste my own medicine for the consequences I faced from being such a fool.
