Here's a quick recipe for moms who have less time to prepare snacks for their kids. This finger food is for cheese lovers of all ages. Also best paired with wine.

Ingredients:

1 bar cheese (any variety)

Shanghai wrappers

Vegetable oil for frying

Dipping Sauce:

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp tomato ketchup

1 clove garlic

1/2 tsp minced onion

1 tsp pickle relish

pinch of salt and pepper

Procedure:

Cheese roll:

  1. Cut cheese into strips in sizes of your choice.

  2. Wrap each neatly with shanghai wrappers.

  3. Deep fry until golden brown.

  4. Place in a plate with paper towel to drain excess oil.

Dipping Sauce:

  1. Mix together ketchup and mayonnaise.

  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Add minced onion and pickle relish.

  4. Grate garlic and add into the mixture.

  5. Mix well to combine.

Serve Cheese Rolls with its dipping sauce and enjoy!
