On 6th grade my class was named Charity. It's a special one composed of 30 kind and generous pupils.
6th grade is the last grade in primary school before and having such a unique group of pupils we were recognized by the whole school campus.
The school was encouraged to support this class and the class as well were encouraged to participate charitable activities.
There was one time we joined a national interschool contest participated by thousands of school all over the country. We went to urban and suburban places to collect empty bottles and sachets of certain shampoo brand. All we were able to collect was our entry for the first price which is a whole computer set that we can donate to our school faculty. And we got the prize!
We were aged 11 at that time.. it's kind of overwhelming. Our hearts full of inspiration.
We all graduated 6th grade with high marks and was given token of appreciation by the school and the shampoo company.
The unity of this group inspired us all members of the class. So to honor our 6th grade class Charity, we vowed to meet each year and visit orphans from different places.
We reached different orphanages where we share our journey as young people. We inspire the orphans for them to see the bright side of the world.
We also do other charitable projects and programs to keep sharing to the people that no age can define generosity.
We are kids but with great determination it is not impossible to reach our goals.
Please tell us more about your charity projects.
