'Landing on the Back' is one of the earliest and most basic trampoline skills that any bouncer should learn. On the trampoline, stand immobile with your arms at your sides or even in your front pockets. Keep your body straight and your head up as you fall backwards onto the trampoline. Allow your head to naturally contact the trampoline when your back meets it; don't jerk or twist it. You'll bounce back up, and you can repeat the process until you've reached a good rebounding height. The more you practice this skill, the more you'll be able to bounce higher!

Landing on the Back’ is one of the first, basic trampoline moves each bouncer should learn and its really simple.

Once you've mastered the basic Back Landing trick, try this intermediate trampoline trick. Begin in the same manner, with arms at your sides or hands in your pockets, standing upright and still. Fall straight back, but instead of landing on your feet, land on your knees! You can repeat the technique as many times as you like because the momentum will keep throwing you back and forth.

Somersaults and flips are examples of advanced trampoline tricks. You can do either of these backwards or forwards, but you should be quite comfortable with your bouncing talents before attempting either. Once you've mastered the flip, add a spin to it to make it more interesting.

Before you try any trick, be sure that everyone, including yourself, is safe. Always remember to take a peek around to see how much space you have. You'll definitely want to avoid colliding with any other trampoline users. Warm up initially with some small bounces to avoid any mistakes, and once you're going, remember to keep your head and neck in a natural position. You won't injure yourself this way.

Have a good time, stay safe, and keep bouncing!
