I am an avid fan of vitamins even without covid then and now. What more nowadays that we need to take it seriously. They say that if you will not take any medicines and vitamins for sure that your immunity will go down for the rest of the time.
So if you love yourself and family, you will follow what maybe the doctors and health specialists. This is not only for you but for everyone that may suffer too if they have the lower immunity. At least, we know that we help them by taking such needed vitamins in order that we may not scattered the virus too.
Here are some vitamins that we take in the family. I know that you're aware of them, I just want to remind again how important and really a help of taking vitamins for the body especially in this time of pandemic.
I can say the number 1 is the vitamin C, it may be as ascorbic acid if you don't have any acidity history or you may take ascorbate for non acidity to take place. Actually, I'm just taking ascorbic acid, so far so good. It boosts so much my immunity system. We can buy it cheaper as long as you know it's not a scam. There are also some vitamins and medicines that are fake, so you just be very careful on buying and taking it. Only buy to the drugstore that you know it's reliable and safe.
Vitamin C fruits like citrus fruits such as orange, pomelo, kiwi. Papaya, pineapple, mango and many more are natural vitamin C even in vegetables you can get vitamin C such as broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes. All my favorite too. Tomatoes are good too.
Next is vitamin D. You can acquire this vitamin too by doing sunlight exercise and walking too. Every morning for about 30 minutes exposure to sun. It's good already as long as before 10 AM. Vitamin D has a lot of food to maintain too. You can get it in eating fish and seafood. You can eat mushrooms I know. All fortified foods. Vitamin D is said by many to be the sunshine vitamin. So better not to forget the sun.
The zinc, I'm using it for a long time. It's really a booster of immunity. Eating foods rich in zinc is the best that you can make too like oysters, seafoods like crab, shrimps, oats, cereals and many more. It's the only I take to have extra zinc to my body.
Vitamin B complex. It prevents infection and ideal too in this time of covid 19. It supports a lot too. We need to increase our energy level so it's better to have this vitamin and you can get it to some foods like fish, meat, eggs, milk and many more. You can find vitamin B complex too to some fruits like avocado and banana. But I'm more in banana because banana is not seasonal unlike avocado, not all the time is available.
So these could help you out getting some tips on how to boost more our immunity and increase the immune system. Let's add also some form of exercise that will help too our body to get fit and healthy. Strong body and healthy mind will fight covid-19 more.
