Pickle Cucumbers

Every summer my mother makes this fresh and tasty lightly salted cucumbers.

Its so easy and quick to do.

Ingredients:

- cucumbers small or cut into 3-4 cm chunks

- bunch of fresh dill

- 3-5 cloves of garlic

- 10-15 whole black pepper

- 5-6 whole cloves

- 2-3 bay leaves

- salt

Preparation:

1. Wash and cut cucumbers into 3-4 cm chunks. And put in the plastic bag.

2. Roughly rip a bunch of dill, add it to cucumbers.

3. Add all spices and put salt just a little bit extra. It should marinate in it.

4. Close the bag and mix it all around slightly squeezing to bring juices out.

5. Place it in the fridge over night.

Next day is ready- fresh and tasty.
