When we ask how are we? We all answer that we are fine. Are we really good? Let's take a look at what our minds really are. Often we get frustrated, angry, bored and we lose interest in things and get bored. But we all want to be happy and positive.
However, is it all the time? Most of the time our minds are like that but we don’t want it, we want to be cheerful and happy all the time for ourselves and the people around us. When we are physically ill, we quickly rush to the doctor, take meds and other measures.
But do we take action when we are emotionally traumatized, confronted with a fight, confronted with excitement, or frustrated? Can we ask for help from someone or a psychiatrist? But we do not know that mental energy is the real energy. Even though we are physically well but not mentally, we cannot function properly. On the other hand, if we have a good mind, we can deal with a weak physical condition.

Mental stability is the most important factor in any person's health status. You can see a person physically and visually fit but mentally, they ate just struggling to even coop with anything in their life
