Hello Noise friends! Happy Thursday! I am not working today, I saw in the garden that the elderflowers are blooming! I make elderberry syrup out of it again, a very delicious, healthy, cooling drink in the heat of the summer. It is very easy and quick to make. I need 30 larger elderflower flowers, I remove the leaves and wash them in water. I slice 2 lemons and pour lukewarm water over the flowers and lemon rings. You need to pour enough water on it so that the flowers are completely covered by the water. I soak the flowers for at least 1 night so the taste will be more intense. The next day I filter the elderberry juice. I make a syrup out of 500 grams of granulated sugar and 3 of water. When the syrup cools, I mix it with the elderberry. And at the very end, I add 10 grams of citric acid. In the photos, you can see the elderflowers ripening in the 5-liter bottle on the terrace. #myphoto #originalcontent
