Have a beautiful Tuesday afternoon dear Noise Friends! It's still a cool day, but it's not raining. In the morning the parcel service woke me up, I thought they had brought my macrolens to the phone. Unfortunately, they brought vitamins that my friend ordered online. So I got up early today and will have time to do all kinds of work. I went to let the bunnies out into the garden and noticed that the plums were finally ripe. No large harvest, only about 2-3 kg. Very delicious, beautiful big plum, Bistrița plum, this is the name of the plum variety. It is the largest plum variety, the flesh of plums is so sweet as honey. I now take them and pitted and freeze them for the winter. And then in the winter I can make plum dumplings or plum cakes. We like so much plums. Have you ever eaten a plum dumpling? I think this is a Hungarian, traditional food. The whole plums are stuffed into the dough, dumplings are formed, boiled in salted water, filtered, and eaten with toasted breadcrumbs and powdered sugar. Very yummy sweet. 😋 Postscript: I accidentally posted this post without photos and so now I can’t get a bigger tip because I posted within 5 minutes. It was a big mistake.
