The title says it all. When we're so full of disappointments, struggles, life unwanted circumstances. When we feel we're not okay and there's a time we wanted to give up. Yes, most of the times it's okay not to be okay.

These challenging situations helps us to know ourselves more, like to have personal time, moment to evaluate ourselves. Since our bodies, our minds, our hearts need a rest, we need to take a break, to pause and when we're ready, then stand up, go finish the race.

Remember that the problems we face are not there to bring us down but to strengthen us. A blessings in disguise.
