Leader without a title is better ❤

I care less for titles. What earns my respect are leaders who practice what they preach and have their ear to the ground with the troops and don’t have an agenda. Great leaders don’t make the right decisions all the time, but they do take responsibility for those decisions.

Again, you must practice what you preach. You don't want someone who will say one thing and do another, do you?
