I need new eyeglasses. Not sure what kind of lens to get because damages can occur if too cold, hot, sudden temperature changes; some said scratch resistance will only make things worse while others claim it will procrastinate scratches; some say anti-reflection coating can cause damages unless if it's premium grade; there is also a war between glass and plastic lens; suggestions for cleaning: warm water, Dawn dish soap or special sprays designed for glasses, your finger lightly in circular motions, wash hands first, lint free microfiber towel; don't use alcohol, vinegar, hand soap, window cleaner, hot water, non-premium anti-reflection lens coating.
