In Hawaii, trees were growing around and into POWER-LINES they left on. They cut back the trees at least ten feet even in RURAL TOWNS in West Virginia. Protocol is to turn off the power when trouble comes. But HAWAII left the POWER on. The WEALTHY is STEALING this LAND. THEFT.
