The Walking Dead was a major show for me during the 2010s, not happy with the death of Glenn, wasn't a fan with Rick Grimes not killing Negan. But in some ways, the Negan redemption arc, his interaction with Maggie, has been powerful. I'm a big fan of Negan overall.

Headphones may transmit extremely low frequency (ELF). Electro-Motive Force (EMF). Between 1 Hz to 300 Hz is called Extremely Low-Frequency Electro-Magnetic Fields (ELF-EMF). These wave ranges can be found everywhere in modern societies. 1. The WHO’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classifies electromagnetic fields as ‘possible human carcinogens’ that might transform normal cells into cancer cells [1]. This means that they can’t rule out that it’s carcinogenic. ANSI standards for safe exposure levels to RF and microwave radiation have a safety factor of ten. This means that they only allow 1/10th of the exposure that they deem harmful. Mice were exposed to High-frequency EMF (2.45GHz) for 60min/day for 120 days. The exposure was through a BLUETOOTH device transferring filed (100mW). This did not produce anxiety, OCD or depression-like behavior in mice. A study done in 2009 from Iran showed that rats exposed to 900mhz of cell phone EMF had higher levels of cortisol and lower levels of T3. Both conditions are common amongst clients and EMFs may contribute to this. However, another study found increases in ACTH at chronic 1Hz exposure. Another study found that the offsprings of pregnant mice exposed to 9.417 GHz radiation showed more anxiety-related behaviors in their children. However, the mice also had decreased depression-related behavior. Male offspring demonstrated decreased learning and memory, while females were not affected in learning and memory, which suggested that microwaves had gender-dependent effects. Prof Leszczynski of Finland’s radiation and nuclear safety authority found that, at the maximum legal limit for mobile radiation, one protein, in particular, HSP 27, was affected. HSP 27 plays a critical role in the integrity of the blood-brain barrier. ELF-EMF exposure affects neuronal dendritic spine density and NMDAR and AMPAR subunit expressions in the entorhinal cortex (EC). ELF-EMF exposure specifically influences the intracellular calcium dynamics of cultural EC neurons via a calcium channel independent mechanism. This part of the brain plays a crucial role in memory and navigation. It’s also the first part of the brain to be affected by Alzheimer’s. Cellular calcium levels are extremely important when it comes to the functioning of neurons and if this is altered by EMFs then it would be significant. Oxidative stress increased in rat brains exposed ELF-EMF.

Xia Anderson of Xia_Land said the Super Mario Bros Movie felt like you were watching your cousin play the game. That's a magical feeling. 1/ I didn't know Seth Rogen was the voice of Donkey Kong. While watching the movie, I kind of liked his voice. But I was also not too focused on that ape. But now that I know, looking back, yeah, I can tell it was him. 2/ To some extent, Seth's version of Donkey Kong may have been off or a bit too generic at times in this movie. Oh, looks like Seth was going to be involved in a Dark Wing Duck reboot. But I guess not any more as of 2022. So, here we are.

Dear diary journal blog, I got up at 11:20 AM. Forget dreams but had them. The end. Got up. Larry showed me the plan for outside. To save garden sticks and the rest goes in the wood trailer. Nice day for April. Breakfast, 11:38 AM. Lunch, I forget. Out around 01:30 PM to continue working on the branches, created a pile of sticks for gardens, several dozens of them with the smaller branches trimmed off. A group of straighter sticks in the yard shed and a group of less straight ones on the garden shed. Around 03:30 PM, was off to trying to cut up the new group of firewood. I spent time trying to fix the electric chainsaw I talked about yesterday. Took an hour or less to put the pieces of the saw together being the blade or tongue or whatever you call it, the chain, the cover. There is a trick to it. Just attach the blade arm tongue mouth thing the chain goes on to the nob thing on the body of the saw before trying to snap and screw it on. Saw still not sharp enough. I used an ax to cut up one log. But only one time. Mail. Dishes around 04:00 PM or after to around 05:00 PM or after. Dinner, 05:11 PM. Nap, 07:30 PM to 08:30 PM. Food log: Breakfast: coffee, apple, orange, 11:38 AM. Lunch: I forget. Dinner: delicious soup on the bread mom made today with cinnamon, wine, etc, 05:11 PM.
