My body's in a state of a need of improvement. My cousin told me that I was getting fatter as the last time he saw me. Well I can't avoid that much cause I was stress eating. Now I'm trying to do some push-ups and sit-ups. I can't do dumbbells and barbells cause I have a medical condition called scoliosis where my spinal cord is bent s-shape. Hope i can trim down the fats I have been storing for long while. What are your daily routine?
