Like every other habit, you can unlearn it.
Truth is, no one is going to do the "unlearning" for you.
You've got to do it yourself.
It's not what happen to us in this life that matters...
(In this life, we'll encounter troubles - many of them! It's a given.)
It's what we make of the things that happen to us or how we interpret them that matters.
So my friend,
I want YOU to start this new month on a clean plate, developing a habit of happiness by being grateful for the little things happening in your life or around you.
