Mumbai street style Masala Pav

INGREDIENTS
• 2 pav ( bread )
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• ½ capsicum, finely chopped
• 1 large tomato finely chopped
• ½ tablespoon kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 inch chopped ginger
• 2 cloves chopped garlic
• 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala
• salt as per your taste
• ¼ cup water or as required
• 2 tbsp coriander leaves ( finely chopped )
INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO COOK
Let us start first, on a tawa or a in a kadai pour butter to heat then further, saute chopped ginger and garlic till they turn into golden brown now you can also add onions and saute well.
After sometime , add chopped capsicum and continue to saute.
Add finely chopped tomato and fry till they are soft or cooked well.
Furthermore, create a well to add masalas to add some tatse in it.
add pav bhaji masala , chilli powder,and salt.
also add little water and mash well and cook the masala well.
Now scrape the masala to one side of pan.
further, add butter on to tawa and cut the pav into half peace.
then toast it for a minute so that butter add in pav well.
further, turn over and spread generous amount of prepared masala on both the side of pav.
You can also spread the masala over the pav and garnish with chopped coriander leabes so that it look well.
At finally, serve masala pav hot with sliced onions and a piece of lemon for nice and good looking and serve to friends and family and share your experience.
Notes:
• firstly if you dont have tawa, make use of kadai or any pan.
• furthermore, adjust the spicelevel according to your preference or taste.
• additionally, squeeze a small piece of lemon juice over masala for more nice flavour.
• finally, do not store as the pav will turn soggy ,prepare and serve masala pav immediately.
