INGREDIENTS
• 4 banana
• ¾ cup 150 gm sugar
• ¼ cup 70 gm curd / yogurt/Dahi
• 1 tablespoon of baking powder
• ¼ tablespoon of baking soda
• ¼ tablespoon of cinnamon powder
• 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
• ½ cup 100 gm olive oil
• 2 cup 310 gm wheat flour / atta
• pinch of salt
• ½ cup of chocolate chip
INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO COOK
Let us start first, blend 3 chopped banana and ¾ cup sugar then you can, add ¼ cup curd, ½ cup olive oil and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract after that, add 2 cup wheat flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, ¼ tablespoon baking soda, ¼ tsp cinnamon powder and pinch of salt.
sieve all together making sure there are no lumps left inside . so that it mix well.
furthermore, add ½ cup of chocolate chip and fold it gently to mix well.
now it's a time to transfer the batter to the cake tray or bread mould.
pat the tray twice to remove the air incorporated into the batter, so that it can set well.
top with few more chocolate chip to look even more attractive to eat.
its a time to backed cake so that you need to place the cake tray into the preheated oven. bake the cake at 180 degree Celsius or 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 60-65 minutes.
further, put the cake in kitchen of room for allow the cake to cool completely and later cut into small pieces/ slices and serve to friends and family.
finally, its ready to serve the egg less banana cake or store in airtight container to eat in future.
Notes (Some more tips):
• firstly, if you are vegan, used vinegar instead of curd.
• additionally, replace with maida instead of wheat flour if you are looking for more better tasty cake.
• moreover,each oven works differently so you need to keep an eye while baking cake .
• furthermore, for better results used well-ripped bananas .
• also, add chocolate chips and nuts of your choice for more better looks and taste .
• finally, add lots of chocolate chip in eggless banana cake tastes great .
