Bullying is a kind of abusive behavior and mistreatment of someone vulnerable by someone stronger, more powerful. The bullied and who bully others are both have negative impacts on their lives. Bullying can push a person to suicidal practices. Bullying includes actions such as physical abuse, verbal abuse, gossip, circulating rumors, and rejecting someone from a group purpose.
Kinds of bullying
There are three kinds of bullying:
Bullying verbally is the act of saying the verbal language that is hurtful like name-calling, offending, teasing, insulting, threatening, defamation, etc.,

Bullying physically is the most visible and obvious form of bullying. It is an act of hurting someone physically. Physical bullying includes hitting, kicking, punching, pushing, or even being raped.

Where and when it can happen?
It usually happens right after class hours. Most of the time it occurs in any place like the playground, bus, school, etc., But the most popular bullying is cyberbullying using the internet.
Why does bullying happen?
Bullying can happen with different intentions or motives. It depends on the person who is bullying. The person who bullies has a lack of attention and parental guidance while others may want to feel powerful and by bullying they feel that they achieve that. Some of them are truly and naturally aggressive that kind of personal aspect does not always result in bullying behavior. These negative attitudes must change by finding the root of this.
Who does it occur to?
In real life situation, we all know that it can happen to anyone. A person seeking control look for other fellow seem weak and therefore easy to buy. A person who is a loner or not popular is more likely to experience bullying than others.
How to deal with it?
It's a good sign if you can deal with the situation on your own. The root of bullying depends on how the person being bullied responds to the bully, one option is to show them that you are not affected by it.
When someone tries to bully you it has a big chance that becomes lower your self-esteem. If this happens, try to focus on people who value you.
Usually, the target of a person who bullies are those who are loner, so try not to be alone but jeep surrounded by friends.
Ignore them like you didn't hear anything from them.
Don't be afraid or scared of someone who bullies you, funnily think them to lessen you're being intimidating.
Make positive commitments and friendships that make you feel great.
Do things that make you feel strong, confident, and empowered.
If the person bullying is too aggressive and you can't handle the situation alone, call for help who can provide guidance and support for everyone affective.
What are the effects of bullying?
Bullying has negative effects that may result in mental health, entity use, and suicidal. It has a big impact on everyone- those who are bullied, who bully, and those who witness bullying. It's important to talk to these persons to determine whether bullying is a concern.
What should we do if we someone being bullied?
Be an advocate. Try to defend a person who is bullying to think twice about their negative behavior. If you think you can't handle it safely, get guidance safely. Motivate the person who is being bullied to talk to an advisor or guidance.
Give support. Show and feel to them you care. Try to create a friendship or show kindness even if you aren't close to that person being bullied.
For the parents, what to do if your child is being bullied?
If you had a feeling that your child is being bullied make them feel safe. Listen to them and try to understand the situation.
Encourage them to be empowered. Ask them if they will be able to deal with that situation to solve the problem on their own.
If there's a threat of violent behavior, it's time to call the school officials and alert the police immediately.
