In terms of standard requirements, professional teachers in other nations have parallels and variances. Before a teacher may be hired in several nations, they must be state-certified. In almost all nations, instructors must pass a licensure examination before they may be termed, teachers.

Good teachers are committed, have a good attitude, and are willing to take risks. A competent teacher understands what inspires each student and collaborates with them as a learning partner. An excellent teacher is knowledgeable, productive, and kind.

A teacher should have the following personal and professional qualities:

Personal characteristics:

  • Teachers must be able to communicate with students from a variety of backgrounds and cultures and relate well to them.

  • Teachers must be well-organized and problem-solving experts.

  • Teachers must be patient, understanding, and good listeners.

  • Teachers must be able to work effectively under duress.

  • Teachers must be enthused, inventive, and open-minded.

Professional characteristics include:

  • Have patience - some children may take longer to grasp certain concepts, so you'll need to be patient and explain things more thoroughly to them so that they comprehend and benefit from your lessons.

  • Be equitable - teachers must be able to treat all students equally. As a teacher, you are also required to follow the Equality Act 2010, which helps to ensure equality.

  • Respect others - Respect is a quality that everyone should possess, and students are more inclined to obey and respect others if teachers reinforce this idea with their behaviors. Teachers should constantly think of themselves as role models for their students, and they should model this virtue with others so that youngsters can learn from them.

  • Integrity- Integrity is defined as the attribute of being honest and having strong moral beliefs, which the teacher must possess to instruct the students to act in the same manner. Integrity permits instructors to be role models for their students since they should perceive their teachers as someone to look up to.

Students' hard labor encourages true learning when they are taught well. If you ask yourself a lot of tough questions first, you'll be able to teach successfully. What can I provide for my students? What will I do to encourage my students to become lifelong learners? How will I listen to and learn from my students? As their educator, who am I? Good teaching necessitates careful planning. You must consider a comprehensive approach, such as goal-setting and a new strategy for achieving those goals. These plans may alter during each session, so you must be prepared at all times. Good teaching necessitates self-reflection. How effective do you think you are as a teacher? What do I need to work on, and how did I perform today? Are my learning tactics effective?

Teachers around the world believe favorably and enthusiastically about individuals and what they can become. Sees the positive in every situation and encourages others to do the same. Teachers should be able to share personal sentiments and opinions on a wide range of topics, as well as listen to children with empathy. A worldwide teacher must be dependable, likable, organized, devoted, motivational, compassionate, adaptable, value-based, knowledgeable, creative, patient, and humorous.

Both locally and globally, global teachers think and act. They value the world's great diversity of lifestyles. Believes in the importance of education in achieving long-term growth.

As a result, as a Filipino, I believe that teachers in the Philippines can be compared to teachers in other nations because they are competent and have professional and personal traits.
