A lot of us love being awake. Everybody has numerous reasons for staying up at night. Others, such as Facebook or other social networking sites, are studying, working, watching a drama, or busy on social media.

Sleep deprivation is a general term for describing a state caused by insufficient sleep quantity or quality, including voluntary or involuntary sleeplessness and sleep disturbances of the circadian rhythm. Sleep is as important as food and water to the human body, but many of us do not get enough sleep.

Sleep deprivation is now a pattern, particularly among young people. It does have a bad impact, however, so we should avoid it as much as possible. I'm one of those people who, because of writing an essay and so on, stay up all day. I was a full-time mom to my only child until I got enough sleep. My husband didn't want me to get tired of working outside, so we decided that we would only work for one of them. But unexpectedly, my condition as a full-time mom didn't even please me. I still want to work and earn my own money, and I take the opportunity to have my income even if I am only at home and I can still watch over my child when I find to read. cash. But in exchange, for me, there was too much caution. Since it takes focus to write an essay, so I can't stop writing at night. Indeed, working from home is still difficult, because even if you take care of your kids, you are still neglected, especially if you work full time. Since I am full of concentration, it is also time for my child to sleep and most of the surroundings are quiet. I enjoy writing at night.

Sleep deprivation's negative side effects are as follows:

  1. It induces tiredness or weakness, lack of energy, trouble focusing, inability to concentrate, and is often irritability.

  2. An individual loses his mood quickly when he lacks sleep.

  3. Neurological conditions such as visual illusions, hallucinations, blurred vision, forgetfulness, and sleepiness are caused by.

  4. Resistance is weakening and becoming sick.

  5. It's bad for the wellbeing of the heart. Women who sleep seven hours or less have a higher risk of heart disease, according to the report.

  6. It induces reduced tolerance to glucose and higher levels of blood sugar so you can have prediabetes

  7. An individual who lacks sleep is hungrier because hormones such as ghrelin, leptin, and cortisol alter. More particularly, many are fed sweet foods,

  8. When you are still up, the stress hormone cortisol level rises.

  9. It also induces irregular thyroid function and growth hormone development.

  10. Depression is often more likely to be encountered by people who lack sleep. Note that the involvement of other more severe diseases and the weakening of the resistance of the body are often related to depression.

It's very bad for my health in the few months of my sleep deprivation, and I have experienced some of its detrimental effects. Sleep deprivation's main symptoms are such as sudden irritability, headache, persistent exhaustion, aches in the body, lack of appetite, and constant hunger.

One of the most important things our body needs is sleep. Sleep acts as a proper base for our wellbeing, much like eating, breathing, and drinking water. Sleep deficiency has detrimental effects, so while it is still early, try to sleep soundly to prevent its ill effects. Do not wait for later repentance. Let us take care of our health as our lives diminish, and with our loved ones, we can enjoy it.
