Muscles move so that we can smile, laugh, breathe deeply, and sometimes even shed tears.

Problems come naturally in our life, whether poor or rich. Also, associate with people who are content and have a positive outlook on life. Avoid toxic people. Watch comedy movies. Laughter keeps away our stress.
