There are a lot of numbers of super nutritious, delicious combinations of homemade baby food involving just three simple ingredients that anyone can try, and all of them are seriously simple to prepare.

It's easy to prepare food for a baby. One thing that is hard in preparing food for the baby is thinking of a different combination of food for them not to get bored. Parents have difficulty in thinking of what they may give to their baby if they know that their baby has wanted food. But the truth is there's a lot of nutritious food for babies that can consolidate and try.

You don't need to be a chef just to make these food combinations. You just need to be wise in food slice, steam, and puree. Other ingredients don't need to cook.

These recipes are too formal to call. This is only a mix of three nutritious food. It's not also strict in many ingredients, you can increase or reduced the taste, it depends on your baby's taste. Consult the doctor first before you feed the new food to your baby because it might because of an allergy.

You need to be creative in making nutritious food for babies.

Here are some fruits nutritious for your baby:

Cranberry, Pear & Cinnamon. Cranberries have manganese and vitamin K but it needs to be cook before to eat. Mix it with pear and a bit of cinnamon.

Chicken, Spinach & Oatmeal. Spinach contains antioxidants, iron, fiber, and vitamins. Steam and blend it with chicken and oatmeal for a complete meal.

Melon, Nectarine & Raspberry. One cup of melon contains 100 percent daily recommended values of vitamin A and C for adults. Melon ripe is easy to mash. Mix it with nectarine and raspberries for the puree you make.

Carrot, Squash & Yogurt. The color combination of this will surely like your kids. It's rich in protein and calcium.

Banana, Nectarine & Cherry Though, cherries preparation is hard, it contains more vitamins. It contains high antioxidants, potassium, fiber, and iron.

Avocado, Blueberry & Banana. It's delicious to mix avocado, blueberry, and banana. Avocado is rich in omega 3 fatty acids.

Strawberry, Avocado & Banana. Avocado, strawberry, and banana is a good combination.

Blueberry, Banana & Pear. If you cant buy fresh blueberries, you can use frozen blueberries for puree. Mix it with pear which steams unless it is very ripe.

Zucchini, Pear & Broccoli. Zucchini is rich in vitamins A and C, and also in folate and potassium. For babies that are 7 months above, it can not be peeled when steamed.

Zucchini, Apple & Peas. It can be plated when make it puree but you can put some more peas for reducing the texture.

Peas, Banana & Asparagus. Wait for babies to reach 10 months old before feeding them asparagus because it causes the abdominal air of the baby. But it is a good source of iron, calcium, and vitamin A.

Butternut Squash, Carrot & Cinnamon. It's not only delicious but its antifungal and antibacterial properties and it helps in regulating blood sugar.

Green Beans, Apple & Banana. It seems better to use frozen green beans for the food of the baby because it is more grainer texture than fresh green beans. It is rich in vitamin A and fiber.

Fig, Banana & Dragon Fruit. Dragon fruit is high in vitamin C and contains calcium and lycopene. Figs contain potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and copper.

Apple, Spinach & Blueberry. Try to make an apple sauce and mix it with spinach. Put some more blueberries for more kid's appetite.

Quinoa, Carrot & Rosemary. Rosemary contains antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and antiseptic properties.

Papaya, Mango & Banana. This combination will help the digestive tract. It's rich in vitamin C and it has an enzyme that helps indigestion.

Apple, Pear & Plum. Plum is rich in vitamins C and A. No need to steam it before making it puree. Don't forget to peel it.

Squash, Apple & Carrot. One of the best sources of vitamin a the butternut squash, it's also rich in potassium and fiber. This something sweet taste that the baby will like. Grilled the squash and carrots before make it puree.

Beet, Mango & Cauliflower. Beets are full of cancer-fighting antioxidants, also potassium and folate, and a good combination with mangoes and cauliflower. Don't worry if the urine of your baby is pink. It's because of the beet.

Strawberry, Peach & Blueberry. Like beets, the berries are considered a superfood because it's full of vitamins and antioxidants. It's easy to prepare, you just need to wash and put it in a blender. Peach may use it if it's ripe already.

The first solid food of my son was potato pumpkin carrots and avocado. I think all the fruits and veggies are good.
