Here's one of my favorite dumplings, Xiao Long Bao, inside of it is a ground meat and a little soup. Dip it in a sauce with ginger shred and wait until it burst in your mouth. Best when consume immediately, missing this one though. ☺️ Have you tried this one? What's your favorite dumplings? #Food
