Greetings, today I want to share a reflection on the meaning of vocation, because, in the Bible we find several stories that are called "vocational" because their intention is to highlight the importance that a vocation has in people's lives. Given this reality, I would like to highlight 3 things:
- First, we are all vocational beings, that is, vocation is not reserved for a privileged group, since we have all been thought of and loved by God from all eternity. He has a magnificent plan of salvation for all of us, what is needed is for us to discover it.
- Second, we must discern our vocation. It is the part that corresponds to us, before a God who is always directing his Word to us, corresponds the human response to this call.
The way to do this is through discernment, which means to distinguish the voice and the plan that God has for us in order to follow it.
