Here are the tips to lessen those fats you have gain during the quarantine.

1. Intermittent Fasting - it is a way of diet by not consuming any food for a period of time. There are a lot of type of Intermittent Fasting like 16:8, where you are only allowed to eat whatever you like for 8 hrs straight and fast for 16 hrs. And 5:2, where you only eat around 500 calories in 2 inconsecutive days and around 2000 in the remaining 5 days.

2. Water Fasting - this type of Fasting is only done for 24 hrs. to 72 hrs.. Unlike the Intermittent fasting you only consume water.

how does fasting helps when it you want to have slimmer body?

when we fast, we only consume a little amount of calories in our body and increases our metabolism that results to an increase burning of calories. and also, fasting increases the human grown hormone that helps us to have a slimmer body and build muscles.

3. GI diet - GI meaning how fast do food digest. there are 2 things for you to think of, the Low GI, food that are slow to digest like brown rice, wheat bread and sweet potato, and the High GI, foods that are easily digest like white rice, white bread and sugary foods. If you are achieving a slimmer body, you have to focus on Low GI foods because it will make you less hungry over time.

Note: this is only a tip. always do some research first before doing one of this dietary plan for better understanding and effectivity.
