weight training for lossing weight

with weight of without using any equipment it just using your own body weight are very effective to improve your body to get fit but the different between with weight and without weights are both better but in without weights are get a thin muscular body and to those working out with equipments weight are can get a larger body muscular body in my own conclusion both of them are good to lossing fats or weight.
