every morning i'll take a coffee and egg also biscuit to eat but never take a rice even a little cup of rice because i trying my best to loss fat of my whole body fats because highly recommend from those youtuber about fitness they said if you loss fats you get a slime and high chance to get abdominal muscles to enhance it if i get a 15 percent to 10percent of my bodyfats its a possible that the abs will be visible
