The human model of the future

The common and widespread feeling of today's people, their concern for the future, finding a job and earning money, is that the person has a sustainable career. In the near future, very few "authentic" people with superior qualifications and skills will work in businesses. The times when it will be even more difficult to find a bread door are not far away.

This near future, which will be defined as a new age, is indeed a decade or two away from us, and time is fast approaching. Already, they ascribe many names such as the Robot Age, the Futirist Age, the Hologram Age, the Nano Technology Age, the Digital Age, the Simulation Age.

The definition of the ideal formation of this new age person is made as "It is to have in-depth knowledge on one subject, while focusing on other subjects, even if only a little." In other words; To know everything of something, something of everything...

In the report titled “Managing the People of the Future 2021” prepared by PwC (Consulting Evaluation Services) in 2007, it is predicted that business, life and work models will emerge as three different main models by the end of 2021.

Blue – Orange – Green Worlds

Definition of “Blue World”; It is the state of today's global, corporate business world that will transform in the future. The global companies of the capitalist world will have reached monstrous dimensions, and there will be five or six gigantic companies in each sector. While these aim to make everyone happy with a brand new understanding, all R&D, production, distribution, sales, marketing and technology will be the absolute determinants of these companies.

For these organizations, the state, nation and borders will have no meaning and high-end technology, robots, holograms, hyper business intelligence systems will be used here. The knowledge and skills of the employees will be very high and they will be defined as types with improved IQ and EQ.

Employees of Blue World companies, either as employees or as shareholders, will have a wide range of authorities and responsibilities. It will be necessary to work hard in technology, creativity and dominate the digital world. The dominant concept in these companies will be “Individualism”.

In the “Orange World” companies will be in close cooperation with networks. With the blessings of technology, there will be a chance to make money with the corporate entrepreneurial spirit, without being a payroll prisoner. Small businesses and individual entrepreneurs, which will not even be considered as SMEs, will take part in the business world.

To be successful in the “Orange World”, it will be necessary to take risks, be an innovation practitioner, adapt quickly to flexible technological developments, and be a growth-savvy person and business. Contracted, contracted subcontractors will replace wage-earners.

“Green World”, on the other hand, is the world of those who respect the environment, protect nature and take social responsibility in this context and solve them. In this world, NGOs, charitable foundations and companies will be closely interested in the future of the world and humanity. The Green World will control and direct the other two worlds.

Currently, five technology giants; Apple, Google, Amazon, Microsoft and Facebook are in a fierce race. They have already activated assistants working with artificial intelligence. “Siri”, which entered our lives in 2011, offers iPhone users the opportunity to easily perform some complicated operations with voice directives.

In 2015, Facebook took their place in competition with the artificial intelligence application “Facebook M”, and Amazon with the artificial intelligence character “ALEXA” of the voice communication solution called “ECHO”.

Innovations never cease. We are meeting with a new technology called Neuro-Reality, which provides control directly with the human brain. In fact, the era of virtual reality (VR) has begun. Thus, there are new ways to make virtual reality more concrete and real. With newly developed technologies, users will be able to touch virtual objects and feel changes in wind and temperature.

Intermediate devices that connect the human brain to machines will be placed either on the human head or directly on the brain as electrodes. The method of treatment of diseases, the way of learning, the perspective of the outside world and the way of communication will change drastically.

Based on what I've tried to explain, think about our current lifestyle, especially the work we do depending on our profession. Visualize it in your mind. Do you know the difference between future jobs? It will be like the difference between people who live in caves, write on stone tablets, paint pictures on walls, people who work with their finger on the touch screen, tablets, smartphones today.

In the future, people will no longer have to be in a certain place to do business. In fact, there will be no need for that job to be done by a specific person. Our new workplace will be our brain that can connect to the internet and use its mind and technological experience.

What is expected from the human model of the future is not easy even to this extent. For this reason, especially our young people need to educate themselves and prepare for this future. In accordance with the purpose, it is necessary to do something and sweat every day.

My advice to our young people is that they should be very curious and very inquisitive. They must renew themselves and adapt to new technologies. In order to keep up with the development speed of the devices, they must upgrade themselves and not fall behind.
