Health is a blessing of Allah Almighty without which man cannot enjoy his life properly. There is a saying that a healthy body has a healthy mind.The standard of health and longevity of citizens in Pakistan is much lower than that of advanced owner citizens.People get inadequate and impure food. Medical facilities are not available to all citizens.The country's economic woes, environmental pollution, substandard and unsanitary food hygiene and the lack of quality of medical facilities and unequal resources are the main reasons for this.The budget of the health sector in Pakistan is much less than that of the developed and many developing countries of the world.In terms of the proportion of the population in the country, doctors and medical staff.There are also many areas in the country where basic medical facilities are available.The government is striving to provide better health care in the country with the mission of health for all in mind.
1- Establishment of basic health centers for rural population in remote areas. 2- Establishment of maximum number of maternal and child welfare centers. 3- Efforts based on the cooperation of government agencies and NGOs for the provision of medical facilities. Launch of various projects with the support of UN agencies and other international organizations for the prevention of smallpox, malaria, tuberculosis, cholera, AIDS and other infectious diseases. 5- Comprehensive work at national and provincial levels to improve public health. Launch of Policies - 6- Launch of various projects to improve the health of the people by providing sewerage, providing clean drinking water, decontaminating the environment, preventing diseases and providing medicines at reasonable prices. 7. If the government is on a mission to provide better services to the people, it still needs to take many more steps. In this regard, the main thing is to eradicate poverty and raise the living standards of the people. In economic development, the the resources that nature has bestowed on our country should be fully utilized under effective planning. Broadcast media should be used to raise public health awareness. Better legislation and drastic measures should be taken to curb the supply of substandard and counterfeit medicines. Environmental pollution and unequal distribution of facilities should be controlled. Only then can the dream of Health for All be embarrassing.
