Art and health are two words that don't necessarily work in tandem, but in reality, they do. It's all about how you look at them. The human body is a canvas; it is the medium by which artists paint their masterpiece. When we think of art, we think of beauty. We think of something that will make us feel good when we see it, something that makes our heart flutter or makes us stop to take notice for just a moment longer than usual.

There is something about looking at a work of art that causes us to pause and admire the artist's mastery. We admire, we fall in love. With art, beauty is all that matters. This is what every artist hopes to achieve; to make something that causes someone to stop and look, and then just as quickly realize that they should be looking somewhere else, because everything they are seeing is exquisite. That is the beauty of art. It is a masterful piece of work that the artist does nothing to create, but something they leave in the viewer's hands.

Beauty is a thing of many kinds. It's what makes our hearts jump with joy when we see that which causes us to be happy for a little while, and then we see that something that makes us stop to think, or to contemplate, or to be awe-struck and then to admire the mind and the craftsmanship of the artist. This is what art is, this is what beauty is, and this is what health should be.

Health, on the other hand, is a very different thing than art. Health is what makes us feel good, something that makes us stronger, and more able to endure the rigors of life. It's what allows us to live. Art, on the other hand, has very little to do with the body. It has everything to do with the mind and the eye, and when it comes to the connection between art and health, the artist is in the driver's seat
