Basic Breathing Exercise in Swimming: A Beginner Guidelines

As an individual, we find our own ways to be free and discover our own skills, talents, interests and potentials. There's a lot of indoor or outdoor sports and social activities and one of those is SWIMMING. People wants to make their mind peace, calm and clear just like a pure water. Everytime we stare into the water and try to swim out there, it naturally gives calmness and automatically reduces stress and burnouts. Meaning, Swimming is good for our Mental Health as it keeps our mind clear and calm.

In line with Swimming Safety Precaution, it is more important to learn the basic Breathing Techniques. Basically, there are two (2) proper work on breathing----exhaling through the nose only and exhaling through the nose and mouth followed by blowing gently and proper deep breath technique. It's just like Exhale, Blowing Gently, Deep Breath then Repeat it Fifteen (15) times to condition yourself well. Swimming is one of the best way to make us Healthy and fit at the same time because it helps to burn calories, lowers the risk of diseases particularly heart and lungs problem, decreases the level of stress, build muscles because it's a full body workout, provides happy mindset and gives general personal well being.

To learn more about safety precautions in swimming, learn first the Basic Breathing Technique. As a beginner in this kind of activity, I believe that swimming is a "Life Saver" so I must follow the proper way of the basic Breathing and Swimming techniques. We can save one life of a person who is in danger into the water, because we all have the potential to be a "Life Saver!".
