Negligence

How many people die each year from accidents in the world? Impossible to say, but the number is enormous. A report by the American Trial Lawyers Association found that more than 1,500,000 people have been killed on freeways in 25 years in the United States alone, while only 605,000 Americans have died in battles of all wars. More worrying is the fact that the home is the site of the biggest accident - almost half of all accidental injuries occur at home.

Accidents are natural,we live life experimentally, carefree, by accident. Even if,An accident is a mistake it is the end result of a bad walk, a bad decision, a bad thought that shouldn't have happened if common sense, knowledge and planning had been used.

If negligence could be eliminated, harmful accidents would be few. Imagine a world where quality control was truly respected. The material would have few defects. If builders and manufacturers were careful in the construction of buildings and the manufacture of machines, cars and appliances, there would be few mechanical errors. If the user of these things has respected the potential risk of cars and machinery, electricity, fire, high speeds, etc. Using tools and other objects for their intended purpose and not operating machinery under the influence of alcohol or drugs would greatly reduce accidents. If everyone checked the labels on the bottles in the medicine cabinet, accidental poisoning would be next to impossible.

Of course, no one is perfect, so there are mistakes, observations and moments of inattention, pride and lack of self-control that would lead to accidents anyway. This is one of the reasons that laws and regulations are created. Obeying the laws, especially traffic and safety laws, would prevent many of these accidents.

However, it is not good to apologize for imperfections as neglect is a form of laziness or results from pride and disregard of the law and others and these things are undesirable. A person can be sentenced in court for gross negligence, but immediately punished for even less negligence than the laws of nature. Failure to descend stairs or climb a drawer to reach a higher shelf has killed many people.

How we can fight negligence

Is there a “better” way to combat our imperfect traits or just surrender? It's just about respecting life and others. When we love life, we want our lives to be as long and happy as possible. We find that all the equipment we use is properly maintained. We will find that if we work or drive a car that poses a greater risk of an accident, we do not do so while sleeping or after drinking alcohol. We remember the need to be awake.

We also need to recognize that our neglect can affect others. With passion for others, we will do our job thoroughly. For example, if a person is an auto mechanic or technician, they will not knowingly use a defective part or leave the vehicle parts unlubricated or defective. You won't ignore a condition that can be dangerous. If something is wrong and you don't need to fix it, at least let the owner or driver of the car know that they need attention just to be safe.

If someone is wondering about the well-being of their neighbor, they will not do things that endanger the life of their neighbor.Whatever a person does, he must seriously consider whether he is doing something that could harm another person.
