But when his guilt is exposed to the public, that fear no longer works inside him. He then began to think, what will happen and from the good, the loss has already happened, the people already know ', then he will continue to engage in sinful activities.
Moreover, if we keep talking about sin again and again, the fear of sin disappears from the human heart. Then sin no longer seems to be sin. It is not impossible for a person who is not ashamed to talk about sin to commit the same sin. And this is how sin spreads in society!
So if a Muslim sees another Muslim committing a sin, he should keep it a secret. It is not right for him to push people into sin by exposing that sin.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Whoever removes a hardship of a Muslim in this world, Allah will remove a hardship on the Day of Judgment; Whoever frees a debtor from debt, God will make his world and the Hereafter easy; And that person will keep the guilt of a Muslim secretGod will hide his guilt in this world and in the Hereafter.[Sahih Muslim]
