Incinerator Our property is loaded with trees that shed dry leaves round the year. We do use them as mulch and part of them are put in the compost pits. The rest are put in the incinerator along with other dry twigs. The ash is then used as fertilizer. The height of the incinerator is such that the smoke emits at a higher level and does not affect us in any way.
