Sweet Lake

It is unusually beautiful to see the dead trees of the forest in its blue water. The lake is covered with snow in winter. The calm blue water, the chirping of the birds on the shores of the lake, the snow-capped mountains, the floating clouds - all in all a wonderful environment. It is also run by the Indian Army.
April to October is the perfect time to visit the lake. Because of its solitude, its temperature is quite low even at this time of summer. The lake is easily accessible by taxi from the city.
