The 4 words of the Quran are very useful, short but have a wide meaning.

1) "La Tahajan"

Never be disappointed with the past.

2) "La Takhaf"

Never worry about the future, it should be left to the owner. Tawakkul tu Allah, la hawla wala kuwata illa billah.

3) "La Tagdab"

You have to deal with a lot of unwanted things at different times in your life, never get angry!

4) "La Tashkhat"

Never be dissatisfied with any decision of Allah.

What better prescription could there be to solve the problems of our lives!
