Amangiri Resort, Utah (US)
The resort, located at Canyon Point in southern Utah, USA, was designed by I-10 Studios. The modern resort has been built on 600 acres of land through the endless solitude of the desert. Built using concrete and sandstone, this architecture has opened the door to great possibilities for tourists in the desert.

Four's House, California (United States)
Located in the Cochela Valley, California, this resort is a masterpiece of architecture in the desert. The four-tower center has been built in a place where one can enjoy different aspects of nature.
The towers have the opportunity to sleep with the starry sky above the head, the sunrise in the east, the urban light of the evening in the west and the great view of the mountains in the south. Designed by Edward Augusta Architecture, the white structure was built in 2012 and has already won several awards for its unique design and features.
Sunset House, Agadez (Niger)
The Sunset House in the Agadez Desert in Niger is a unique masterpiece of Swiss artist and sculptor Knot Vital. It is made of local clay bricks and straw. This simple structure reflects local heritage, built in 2005. There is only one room in each of these four storey houses.
Interestingly, Sunset House has different stairs to go to each floor or room, meaning that each staircase is connected to a specific room. In Niger, Sandstorm House, Moon House, Tenth House and Knot Vital have several other great works.
Enquantro Gualuppe, Gualpepe (Mexico)
In the valley of the Mexican part of the Sonoran Desert De Gualupete Located in the Enquantro Gualuppe, it has separate cabin and villa facilities, covering an area of about 99 hectares. Located at the foot of the hill, the installation has 20 separate rooms of 20 square meters, each of which is designed to do as much damage to nature as possible.

Desert Nomand House, built by Rick Joy, is built on the rough soil of Dhaka Arizona in Cactus. These small houses made of steel and glass have a bedroom, small bathroom, office room and dining room.
They are made with almost all the benefits of enjoying the solitude of the desert apart from the hustle and bustle of the city. In addition to watching the sunrise and sunset, there is a great opportunity to enjoy the solitude of the rugged desert and distant mountains.
Garden House, Parbaneh (Iran)
The garden house in the village of Parbaneh was built for a resident of Ishfahan, the capital of Iran's Ishfahan province, who wanted to leave the hustle and bustle of the city and live in solitude. Designed by the BAM Studio Architects Office, the house used sand, cement, straw and local materials. Built in the style of local tradition, the house has a touch of 18th century construction techniques.
From the outside it looks like other local houses, but inside there is a touch of modernity. It has been designed with adequate lighting and ventilation in mind, although this is the first work by a BAM architect outside the city.
Sefchwich Residence, Arizona (United States)
Built in 2011, the Safewich Residence is located in the Arizona Desert and is surrounded by desert cactus. The five-bedroom house has great arrangements to enjoy the gray beauty of the arid desert.
Most of the local materials have been used in this project. Wood, stone, blue glass and copper have been used to enhance the beauty of the interior. The house has an open fireplace and huge glass walls, so that distant hills can be easily enjoyed. The luxury home was designed by Tate Studio Architects.
Villa D, Marrakech (Morocco)
The French studio Keo has built Villa D in Marrakesh, Morocco, where they have used sun-dried clay bricks. Their rationale behind the construction of Villa D using local materials and construction techniques was that modernity means not only the use of technology, but also the building of a bridge between the past and the present.
Their purpose was to encourage the use of local building materials as well as to preserve the construction techniques there. To that end, the interior and exterior of the Villa D are decorated in a traditional style. The whole house has been arranged keeping in mind that the residents can spend close to nature. The windows of the two-storey house are not very open and big but there is an open courtyard in front. The builders hope that Villa de Archeology will open up new possibilities for creating a new language or genre.
