Great and fancy food recipe with shrimp

We know a lot of terms made with shrimp, such as shrimp malaikari, mustard shrimp, poppy shrimp, shrimp curry with onion, shrimp dalna with potatoes, cauliflower shrimp, potato patal or shrimp dalna with eggplant, ol shrimp, mocha shrimp With shrimp etc. These are Bengali terms, but also many shrimp terms can be made by following the South Indian method and foreign method.

I will state two recipes here, not fancy in that sense. The method of the first is similar to that of the shrimp bowl, but the ingredients may not match exactly. Only mustard has been used here.

Some people use mustard paste in batichachari, I have seen coconut bata added in some recipes. I made this by looking at a newspaper recipe a long time ago. I don't remember what the name was there.

Materials:

  • Shrimp

  • Cut the potatoes into long slices

  • Onions cut into slices

  • Garlic

  • Slice raw chilli

  • Tomato paste

  • Coriander leaves

  • Mustard

  • Turmeric powder

  • Chili powder

  • In black

  • Salt

  • Mustard oil

Method:

Put salt and turmeric on the shrimp before leaving. Spread the potatoes in a nonstick container. Add shrimp, onion paste, garlic paste, sliced green chilli, tomato paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt to taste and everything in black pepper. Finally spread mustard oil on top. Now press the pot and put it in the gas. Put on medium heat first, then cook on low heat. I haven't watered it yet, but the little water that comes out of the tomatoes and onions will cook.

Now when you see that the water has dried, mix the mustard in a little water and put it in a pot and press it again. If there is no water at all, add a little. This cooking is not completely dry, nor is the broth. Boil for three or four minutes, add coriander leaves and take it down. It tastes good with hot rice.

Capsicum Shrimp: -

Materials:

  • Cut the potatoes and capsicum into dumo dumo

  • Shrimp

  • Chop the onion

  • Garlic

  • Tomato paste

  • Slice raw chilli

  • Turmeric powder

  • Chili powder

  • Cumin powder

  • Hot spice powder

  • In black

  • Salt

  • Oil

Method:

After adding salt and turmeric to the shrimp, lightly fry it. Now lightly fry the capsicums in that oil and keep them separate. Now after frying in black pepper, add garlic. Then fry on medium heat with chopped onion. When lightly fried, add potatoes. Add a little more tomato paste and sliced green chillies. In a small bowl, mix turmeric powder, chilli powder and a small amount of cumin powder in a little water and keep stirring.

Now add a little water and salt to taste and let it boil. After three or four minutes add capsicum and shrimp. After boiling for two minutes, when the water is dry, add hot spices and remove from the gas. The cooking is dry, it tastes pretty good to eat with bread. I use medium size shrimp in this cooking.

Another great recipe with shrimp,

Its name is "Dab Shrimp". Let's get started -

Dab chingri

Materials required-

  • Shrimp 500 g (medium size),

  • Young dab 1 o'clock,

  • 4 tablespoons poppy seeds,

  • 5-6 raw chillies,

  • 2 tablespoons of mustard paste,

  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder,

  • The amount of mustard oil,

  • Sugar and salt to taste.

Cut the face of the coconut a little bigger. Then take out the coconut water in a bowl. If the young coconut does not end up inside, keep it out with a spoon.

Now the shrimp will take out the black thread on the head and back. Who doesn't have to take out the tail. Shrimp with tail will wash the money well.

You can take a large size shrimp if you want, but make sure that the size of the dab you have taken will not fit in it.

Who will put salt and turmeric on the shrimp?

Now mix the dried poppy seeds, mustard, 3-4 green chillies and salt and make a paste like powder first. Then paste it once again with 2-3 spoons in the paste. The paste is fine.

Let's start cooking

  • 1- Heat mustard oil in a pan and lightly fry the shrimps.

  • 2-Now take the fried shrimp in a mixing bowl and mix it with mustard paste, turmeric powder and coconut water with a little sugar to taste.

  • 3- Then pour the macha shrimp up to the neck of the dabta. Cover the coconut face with a spoon of mustard oil and a raw chilli.

Note- You can make this dab shrimp in two ways.

  • 1) You can do it in the microwave

  • 2) You can do it with gas.

I say two ways. Do what is best for you.

1) If done in microwave-

Put a plate in the oven. Which can be used in the microwave. Now put the dab on it and stick it in the microwave oven for 10 minutes at maximum power.

2) If done with gas-

In a pressure cooker, add 1 part of 4 parts water and put the coconut in it. Close the mouth of the pressure and take it down with 2 whistles. The diameter became dab shrimp.
