I always start something new on Monday
Whenever I have to change something in my everyday routine, I just say 'I will start on Monday'. But which one, maybe next one, next month, it can be prolonged sometimes and never ends. By the way I have really promised to myself that I will change my bad habits and I have a deal with my wife to start tomorrow.We will do it together,it will be easier for both of us especially when it is about preparing food. Both of us put on weight and last three months were critical, a lot of food, sweets,celebrations,fizzy drinks, everything has to change in order to stay healthy and fit. I didn't have sport trainings as usual because of the pandemia and holidays too so I have to loose at least 10 kilo ,that I put recently on. Obesity is not good at all.
So we are going to start with kind of detoxification of our body,to get rid of weight and toxins,and it will last at least three weeks,after detoxification we have to be strict when consuming calories and junk ood,we have to use more fruit,vegetables and no bakery and chocolates.
Every morning we will have the same thing for breakfast, a glass of hot water and after half an hour we can eat a kefir or yoghurt mixed with minced linseed(Linseed is the oilseed crop with the highest content of the omega-3 ).It has enough calories and minerals to keep our energy. For snack after two or three hours we will eat an apple ,for the lunch green salads or some green vegetables with or without piece of meat(about 80 gr) and some soup, without salt unfortunately ,and that can be a real problem. For the other snack we can eat few nuts or something similar and for diner,two hours before sleeping a glass of hot water and yoghurt or small piece of fish.Dinner can be different,the lunch too, but the breakfast is always the same. . After three weeks we can eat different kind of food but not too much,without sugar,fizzy drinks and bread. I hope we will keep promise and do it for both health. It will be difficult with four children who eat different meals but we will succeed somehow,I hope so.
After a month I will let you know about the results.

I agree with you, health must always be a priority as the old saying goes, Health is Wealth. I too was planning on losing weight but I just don't have the strong will to do so. I'm glad for you to be able to start though. Wishing you good luck and good health.
